Your team collects the payment, so start with its treasurer or manager. TEAMON3 provides the payment software and shows every fee before you pay. For help with a charge, email support.

No. TEAMON3 accounts are for adults 18 and older. Players under 18 are roster entries linked to their guardians, who see their player’s team conversations through that link. Read about children’s information and guardian controls.

Only texts you ask for: a code when you add your phone number, and optional alerts for cancellations and overdue payments, off unless you turn them on. Invitations go from your own phone. See the text message consent screens.

In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Your Data, and choose Request my data. It covers your profile, messages, events, payments, uploads and the children you are linked to. The link expires after seven days.

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. It removes your profile, team memberships and signed-in devices, and cannot be undone. A team’s only owner hands it off first. The Privacy Policy explains retention.
