One app, all season.

Events, Team Chat, the roster, team fees and tasks. On everyone’s phone.

iPhone, Android and the web.

TEAMON3 Chat tab, a real app capture: The Chat tab for the coach: a search field, a Groups row with Team Chat, and a conversation list with Team Chat (16 members), a direct message from Maya Brooks about the four families who still owe the tournament fee, a direct message from Grace Okafor, and the Fall Classic carpool group.
TEAMON3 Events tab, a real app capture: The Events tab of the TEAMON3 app as a parent sees it: a View past events button, the last game (a 4 to 1 win over Creekside Eagles on Saturday, October 17), a Next up card for practice on Tuesday, November 3 at 6:30 PM at Northfield Rec, 15 days away, asking 'Is Eli C. going?' with Going and Can't, a team task due that evening, and the start of the November list.

A few things to know.

Short answers. The support page has more.

Who needs an account?

Every adult who takes part: coaches, managers, parents and guardians. A player who is 18 or older holds an ordinary account. A younger player is a roster entry their guardian manages. They never count toward a plan’s cap.

How does a family join?

With the invite link or team code the coach shares. A parent joins, finds their player and records consent. Once staff confirm the link, the parent sees that player’s channels, events and fees.

Which phones does it run on?

TEAMON3 has iPhone and Android apps. Families and staff can also do some things in a browser, such as paying a fee: see on the web.

Which sports does it support?

Eight: baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, football, hockey (ice and field) and lacrosse (boys’ and girls’ rules). Events, chat, the roster, payments and tasks work the same way for all of them.

What does a plan cover?

Free covers one team with up to 30 adult accounts, always ad-free. A Team pass adds tasks, scorekeeping and stats, game video and Trinity for every member: $149 for six months or $249 for twelve, bought in the app. Compare the plans.

How do we get started?
