Questions from organizers.

Short answers. The support page has more.

How does an organization get started?

Email us your organization’s name, how many teams you run, your sports and when your season starts. We agree a plan with you, starting from the prices above.

Can we run the organization from a phone?

Organization tools are in the TEAMON3 web app, on a computer or tablet. Coaches and families use the TEAMON3 mobile app for their teams.

Do our coaches have to change how they work?

No. A team keeps its roster, chat and history when it joins, and its coaches keep running it in the app.

Do families need to buy anything?

Not for Team features: a team seat covers every member of that team. Families still pay the fees their team asks for, in the app or in a browser.

Do you write our waivers?

No. Forms collect each family’s acknowledgement of the current version of your waivers and policies. The wording is yours to take legal advice on.
